Agreeing to these terms

By using this site or placing an order with Meatstick (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who can order

You need to be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian place the order, and have a shipping address in the United States.

Your account

Keep your password private. You’re responsible for orders placed from your account. If you think someone else has used it, reset your password and tell us.

Products and pricing

• Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. You pay the price shown at checkout.
• We show colors as accurately as we can, but screens vary.
• Drops are small runs. Items in your bag aren’t held for you until checkout is complete.
• If we list something at the wrong price or it turns out to be out of stock, we can cancel that order and refund you in full.

Drops and early access

Early access links are for list members. We can turn off a link, or cancel orders, if a link is shared publicly or used to buy in bulk for resale. We can limit how many of an item one person buys.

Orders and payment

Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. Sales tax is added where required.

Shipping

We ship within the US. Delivery estimates start once your order ships and aren’t guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your package. See the shipping page for rates and what to do if a package goes missing.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn pieces with tags can be returned within 30 days of shipping. Final sale items can’t be returned. The full policy and the return form are on the returns page.

Reviews and messages

When you post a review, you let us show it on the site and in our marketing. Keep it honest and about the product. We can remove reviews that are off-topic, abusive or include personal information.

Our content

The Meatstick name, logo, designs, photos and text on this site belong to us. Don’t copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Using the site

Don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to break in, scraping it, running bots to buy drops, or using it for anything illegal.

Limits on our liability

The site and products are provided as described, without other warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Meatstick is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Fill in your state and how disputes are resolved.]

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
