Delivery times start once your order ships. Drop-day orders can take an extra day or two to pack.
Tracking your order
We email a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you made an account, you can also see it under your orders.
Changing your address
Email us within 1 hour of ordering. Once a label is printed, we can’t change where it goes.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking says delivered but it isn’t there, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors. Still missing, or arrived damaged? Message us with your order number and a photo and we’ll sort it out.
