Who we are

Meatstick (“we”, “us”) sells clothing through this website to customers in the United States. This policy covers the information we collect through the site, our emails and our customer service.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you bought.
  • Payment details: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Account details: if you make an account, your email, a securely hashed password, your saved address and your order history.
  • Messages: anything you send through the contact form, return requests and product reviews.
  • Email list: your email address and when you joined or left.
  • Technical data: cookies that keep your bag, your sign-in and your early access working, plus basic server logs such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

  • To take payment, pack and ship your order, and send order and shipping updates.
  • To handle returns, exchanges, refunds and your questions.
  • To send drop news and early access links, only if you joined the list.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the store, and only what they need to do their job:

  • Payment processing (Stripe).
  • Email delivery for receipts, updates and the email list.
  • Shipping carriers, who need your name and address to deliver your order.
  • Our hosting provider, which stores the store’s data.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that the store needs to work: one keeps your bag, one keeps you signed in, and one remembers an early access link you opened. We don’t use advertising cookies. If you block cookies, your bag and sign-in won’t work.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually 7 years. Account details stay until you ask us to delete your account. If you leave the email list, we keep only your address and the date you left so we don’t email you again.

Your choices and rights

  • Leave the email list any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
  • Update your name, phone and address from your account.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We’ll reply within 30 days.

Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Utah), you may have extra rights under state privacy law. We honor those requests the same way, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.

Children

The store is meant for people 16 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us their information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, hash passwords, and limit who on our team can see customer data. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we’ll tell you as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For big changes, we’ll also email customers and list members.
